Sending Pet HairGoing to the SpinsterOnce you have collected all your pet hair these are the steps to take: 1. Get your pet ready to mail. Use appropriate shipping mailers, envelopes or boxes, depending on the amount of fiber. {Click the cat} to print a label. 2. Include a note about who you are sending and any special processing notes. Such as if it is 2 pets and you would like them blended together. Or it is 3 pets that you would like spun separately. 3. If you choose I can display a pic of pet(s) on my website. I would edit the pic so it focuses on your pet(s). This is your personal choice. Some clients do and some don't. You can send a snap shot with the fiber or email a jpg.
5. I will let you know when your pet(s) arrive safely. 6. In 10-13 weeks, when your yarn is finished, I will give you the final costs for yarn and shipping, minus the deposit. Shipping costs are actual charges. No handling fees. Print Shipping Label
When your pet yarn is ready these are the steps I take: 1. I will notify you that your pet yarn is ready to come home. I will give you the amount in ounces, grams and the yardage. 2. A pic will be included of some or all of your yarn. 3. Now is the time to let me know your preference of hank or ball. If you will be admiring your yarn for awhile I suggest keeping it in hank form. 4. I will let you know the day your yarn is put into the mail and any pertinent information regarding your package. 5. Texas residences will have 8.25% tax included in their invoice. |
